Announcing an Improved Customer Support Experience for all QuantAQ Users
We are excited to announce some updates to our customer support portal and ticketing system. With these changes, we aim to improve everyone's experience with customer support and to help foster a strong user community. The recent improvements include a new community page, an improved help center, and improved ticketing.
Community Page
We have launched a new community page to connect our growing community of air quality professionals and students to shared resources and to one another. Here, you can ask and answer questions; share tools, tips, and tricks; and have open conversations with QuantAQ staff and other community members. (Note: All users are bound to QuantAQ’s community guidelines).
Improved Help Center
We have updated our Help Center and added new resources to help users resolve common support issues. This is a great resource for when you want to get an answer right away! You can also submit a support ticket directly in the Help Center if you can't find what you are looking for (“Submit a request” in the top right-hand corner).
Ticketing
We have moved to a new ticketing platform with improved functionality that will help us resolve tickets more efficiently. To submit tickets, please visit the Help Center or email your tickets to support@quant-aq.com.
